1. About these terms

BallZee (ballzee.com.au) is operated by Trend Consulting Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using BallZee, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use BallZee.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read your codes can access your account. You're responsible for activity on your account. Give us an email address you own.

3. Age

BallZee accounts and the ongoing BallZee experience are for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm you're 18 or older. Anyone can take the free baseline without an account.

4. Free and paid access

You can take the BallZee baseline, get your BallZee Score and complete 2 free challenges without paying. Continued access is available as a one-time journey purchase: 8 weeks for AUD $8, 24 weeks for AUD $24, or 52 weeks for AUD $52.

Each purchase is a single upfront payment in Australian dollars. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Access unlocks once payment is confirmed.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

6. Doing the challenges — use your judgement

BallZee challenges are suggestions. Some involve talking to strangers, being seen in public or physical activity. You decide whether, when and how to do each one. Only do a challenge if it's safe, lawful and appropriate for you and the people around you.

  • Skip or adapt any challenge that could be unsafe, unlawful, inappropriate or likely to cause harm.
  • Respect other people, their privacy and their right to say no. Don't harass, pressure or film anyone without consent.
  • Respect property and public spaces, and follow local laws and venue rules.
  • If you have a health condition or injury, consider it before doing anything physical.

7. What BallZee is — and isn't

BallZee is a personal challenge and entertainment product. It is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, psychological treatment or a healthcare service. Your BallZee Score is a simple self-reported measure, not an assessment. We can't promise any particular result for your confidence, wellbeing or personal development.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse BallZee — for example, by trying to access other people's accounts, interfering with the service, sending friend validation requests to people who haven't agreed to receive them, or using BallZee for anything unlawful.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. If we do so without a good reason, your consumer rights still apply. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The BallZee name, logo, challenges, design and content belong to us. You can use them for your personal use of BallZee. Please don't copy or resell them.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for loss or injury arising from how you choose to do a challenge, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

13. Changes

We may update BallZee and these terms. If we make an important change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Changes won't reduce access you've already paid for.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
